Customers will receive text messages for the following reasons only:

  • Appointment confirmations;
  • Requests of photos of broken/malfunctioning plumbing fixtures/plumbing systems so we know what material to bring with us for repair
  • Reminders that a bill is due
  • Responses to any inquires customers have when they initiate the conversation


Message frequency varies based on what the customer requests. For appointment reminders, bill due reminders, and responses to customer inquiries, it's a one-time occurrence only
